Lori Mann started her career at Ranch Ehrlo in July 2015 as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In August 2016 she became the vice-president of finance and administration. She came to the agency from the Saskatchewan School Board Association with leadership and management experience from the Government of Saskatchewan and SaskTel. Her areas of strength include leading, implementing and overseeing financial management processes; strategic planning; economic and financial analysis; and enterprise risk management.
Corinna Hayden-Fidler has been with Ranch Ehrlo for eight years, but has spent 24 years as an educator. Before being appointed the vice-president of education in September 2013, she held the title of director of secondary and vocational programs. When she’s not working, Corinna is participating in her favourite lifelong leisure activity, Friday night curling.
Malcolm Neill joined the Ranch in 1988 as a casual child care worker. He held various job positions including unit manager and director, before being appointed as the vice-president of residential services in 2011. Malcolm enjoys working with others in the community, and always, always supports his Riders.
Linda Meyer started her career at Ranch Ehrlo in 1989 as a unit manager. Her career evolved as she became a clinical caseworker, assistant director of residential care and treatment, senior director of Ehrlo Counselling Services, vice-president of programs, and vice-president of clinical services and research.
Andrea Brittin started her career at Ranch Ehrlo in August 2014 as the president/CEO. She spent 24 years of her career in the area of child welfare, most recently working as the Assistant Deputy Minister of Child and Family Services with Saskatchewan Social Services. Andrea looks forward to the opportunity to provide leadership to an organization that has such a positive impact on children, youth, families and the community. In her spare time Andrea enjoys cycling, gardening and spending time with family.
Judy Bidyk joined Ranch Ehrlo in March 2017 as the Vice President of Human Resources. Judy came to the agency from Supreme Office Products Ltd., where she was the VP of HR for seven years. She values strong working relationships and collaboration. Judy is committed to developing a positive corporate culture that supports the success of the organization and its stakeholders. Judy’s favourite pastimes include spending time with her husband and two sons, enjoying Globe Theatre performances, and cheering on the Riders!
