Shelley Sayer, BSW, RSW (Sask)

Shelley Sayer is a registered social worker in the province of Saskatchewan and is certified, with honours, in Property Management Foundations.  She has been employed at Ranch Ehrlo Society for the past 35 years in numerous roles as a child care worker and unit manager in the residential treatment programs, and for the last 16 years at Ehrlo Housing – currently as Director of Ranch Ehrlo’s affordable housing programs.  As part of Ranch Ehrlo Society’s community services division, Ehrlo Housing provides affordable housing opportunities to vulnerable individuals and families in the City of Regina.


Ann Marie Piniach, RPN CPRP RTC

Ann Marie Piniach is a registered psychiatric nurse. She has been employed at Phoenix Residential Society for the past 34 years helping to improve the lives of persons with enduring psychiatric disabilities. Ann Marie is currently the Program Manager of Concurrent Disorders at Phoenix Residential Society. Ann Marie also works for the Regina Qu’Appelle Health Region as a Methadone Nurse, SYDC Nurse and as a Mental Health Clinician for the Health line. In addition, Ann Marie is certified in Reality Therapy and Choice Theory and is a Certified Psychosocial Rehabilitation Practitioner.  Ann Marie enjoys sharing and learning with others as Practicum Supervisor in Realty Therapy and Choice Theory, a St. John Ambulance First Aid Instructor and a Non Violent Crisis Intervention Instructor.
