Ranch Ehrlo Society, is dedicated to provide quality residential treatment services to children and youth who are experiencing a range of social, psychological, behavioural, cognitive, and psychiatric difficulties. Services are provided through holistic, psycho-social therapies, designed to enhance the well-being of individuals and their families.
We are looking for a caring and nurturing person to fill a full-time House Mother position at one of our group homes located in Regina. The House Mother [HM] is a member of the team “family” within the group home and works with all staff to maintain a nurturing, structured, safe and comforting environment. The House Mother maintains the household standards for cleanliness, the quality of the food, supplies, and the effective use of the household budget.
Qualifications & Experience
- Senior matriculation with some specialized courses in Food Handling, cooking, and any other communication or social sciences classes.
- Experience in working with youth. Some related residential or youth care experience would be an asset.
- Require 2 – 3 years of cooking for large groups or commercial experience.
- Must hold a class 5 novice 2 or higher driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our commercial auto insurance policy.
Starting hourly range is $18.54 to $23.97 depending on relevant education and experience.
