Audra Hammer

Audra Hammer, Program Supervisor

Audra started working with children in 2001. She completed her Early Childhood Education Diploma in June 2004. In 2005, Audra became a full time educator at Ehrlo Early Learning Centre. In June 2007, Audra was promoted to the Supervisor position and finally in June 2010 Audra was promoted to her current position of Program Supervisor. In addition to her supervisory role, Audra continues to work with the kindergarten. Audra believes that children need social nourishment in a structured learning environment in order to grow into productive and successful individuals. Audra prides herself on being involved in the early years.

Kelly Routledge, Early Childhood Educator

Kellie has been working in the childcare field just a few months. She has her ECE level 1 from SIAST. She has worked at the Gladys McDonald site and Wilfrid Walker. She enjoy the outdoors, reading, and spending time with my two children.


Rene Kettering, Early Childhood Educator (currently on maternity leave)

Rene started working at Ehrlo Early Learning in 2011. She also works as an EA with the Regina Public School Division.  Rene has her ECE 1 and hopes to start working towards her ECE 2 very soon.  Rene has 2 sons and keeps busy trying to keep up with them as well as two jobs.  Rene really enjoys being able to be a part of the Erhlo family and feels that children should be given opportunity to thrive and learn through exploration and discovery.

Michaela Perry, Early Childhood Educator

Michaela completed her Bachelor of Psychology from the University of Regina in the spring of 2010. In the summer of 2010, she began to work casually at the Ehrlo Early Learning Centre. Michaela became full time at Wilfrid Walker in 2012 working with senior toddlers, then pre-kinders. Through distance classes, Michaela received her early childhood educator level 2. Michaela is very excited to be working at Ehrlo Early Learning Centr

Brenda Johnson, Early Childhood Educator

Brenda completed her diploma in Early Childhood Education at Siast in 1998. Before coming to work for the Early Learning Centre, Brenda worked at the Siast Children’s Daycare where she worked her way up to become the Assistant Director for seven years. She has been employed with Ehrlo Early Learning Center since July 2010. She enjoys camping, hiking, fishing, reading and children

Cheri Buziak, Early Childhood Educator

Cheri started working with children in 2009 by opening a non-profit organization for parents with infants and toddlers. In 2012, with a board and staff to take over, she ventured out to open her own licensed home daycare while she took her ECE Level I through distance learning. In 2015, she and her daughters decided to move to Regina and she accepted a position at the Balgonie Early Learning Centre. While there, she continued her education and completed her ECE Level II. In January 2018, shes started working at Ehrlo Early Learning Centres as an EA.

Cheri believes each child is unique and should be given the opportunity to develop and grow in their own ways, with guidance to explore the world.


Danielle Brooks, Early Childhood Educator

Danielle has been with EELC since 2010. Danielle is returning to the Ruth Pawson location as a float after working for a couple years at the Gladys McDonald site. Danielle has experience working with all age groups. Danielle has Early Childhood Educator Level I and has completed three years of her Social Work Degree. She has six beautiful daughters, who keep her very busy.

Jennifer May, Early Childhood Educator

Jennifer has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology and Early Childhood Education, Level II. She is currently taking distance classes and working towards her Early Childhood Education Level III. Jennifer has worked at EELC since 2008.
