Karin Duff, Director
Ehrlo Early Learning Centre
Karin has worked at Ranch Ehrlo Society since September 1993. After completing her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology, Karin became a Youth Service Worker at Ranch Ehrlo. Throughout her career with Ranch Ehrlo Society, Karin has worked as a Youth Service Worker, Housemother, and Educational Assistant before she developed Ehrlo Early Learning Centre (EELC), formerly known as Ehrlo Daycare.
Additionally, throughout her career, Karin has developed and delivered several different programs to troubled youth to assist in their stabilization and personal development. During that time Karin also facilitated Anger Management classes for the Department of Corrections.
Upon Karin’s appointment to Director of Ehrlo Early Learning Centre, Karin enrolled in evening classes at SIAST in the Early Childhood Education program. Karin has since completed the requirements for an Early Childhood Education Diploma, Level III. Karin continues to attend workshops and conferences in order to remain current in the Early Learning and child care profession. Karin is an active member of the South Saskatchewan Directors of Early Learning Incorporated, a member of the board for the Saskatchewan Early Childhood Association and recently selected to be a leader for the newly established Early Learning Leader Caucus for Saskatchewan. |
