Programs for Persons with Developmental Disabilities

Ranch Ehrlo Society supports persons with developmental disabilities by providing residential, educational, and vocational programs to people with multiple, complex developmental needs. Care and support are focused on person-centered and strength-based services.

Our programs are designed to provide individualized treatment based on principles of social integration and normalization and provide residents with an opportunity to develop skills to live more independently in their community.

Participants have access to a multi-disciplinary team of clinical consultants, who hold backgrounds in speech and language pathology, occupational therapy, social work, psychiatric nursing, and psychology.  Target areas include oral motor skills, functional language development, social-emotional abilities, sensory processing ability, and daily living skills.

Our participants develop vocational and educational skills through various programs at the agency.
