Ehrlo Housing operates as part of Ranch Ehrlo Society’s community services and its mandate is to provide affordable housing to low-income families, individuals with enduring mental health conditions, and young people transitioning from care. Ehrlo Housing has 20 years of experience in developing and delivering affordable housing and is well-respected within the industry.
Our housing units
Lakeshore Village
Lakeshore Village is a unique 44-unit apartment complex in south Regina at Hillsdale Street and 23rd Avenue. It provides quality housing for low-income families.
CHAZ Court
Chaz Court is designed to assist young singles transition from care; including foster, group or an institutional program to independent living.
McEwen Manor
McEwen Manor is a 40-unit mixed housing building on Osler Street. The building is the result of a partnership between the Ranch Ehrlo Society, Phoenix Residential Society and three levels of government.
