Tamsen first started at EELC as a practicum student in 2003 then became a casual worker while she attended SIAST. In 2004, Tamsen obtained her Early Childhood Education certificate and became a full-time employee with the Early Learning Centre. Since, Tamsen has had the opportunity to work with every age group and in June 2010, Tamsen was promoted to Supervisor.After completing her Early Childhood Diploma in 2015, Tamsen was promoted to Operation Supervisor. Tamsen understands that the first five years are the most vital in childhood development and takes pride in ensuring our program offers quality child care to the children.
Chasity has been working with Ehrlo Early Learning since January 2011. She started working in child care in 2005 in Glace Bay, Nova Scotia. She has obtained her Childhood Education Level II. Chasity looks forward to her future with Ehrlo Early Learning as well as getting to know all the staff and children.
Shanti started working with children in 2004 through Sesame Street Bangladesh co-production Sisimpur. As program director for Sisimpur, he oversaw learning content, curriculum, TV production, program design, and implementation for children and parents. Shanti completed his Masters in Early Childhood Development in 2010. He enjoys being around children and believes every child is unique, has an individual personality and learning style. It is his belief that children learn best in joyful and nurturing environments through play and exploration. Shanti has authored few children’s storybooks published by Sesame Workshop and also co-authored The Sesame Effect: The Global Impact of the Longest Street in the World (pp. 92-117) published by Routledge, New York. Shanti has his level II in ECE and is a father of two wonderful children.
Maria started with Ehrlo Early Learning in February of 2016. She has been in the child care field for 8 years. She received her ECE Level II in 2014 and is working towards her education to receive her level III. Maria also has her post graduate degree in autism and behavioral science that she received in Toronto. Maria loves to be with all age groups and loves being outside and enjoy letting children explore and discover things in nature.
Michaela completed her Bachelor of Psychology from the University of Regina in the spring of 2010. In the summer of 2010, she began to work casually at the Ehrlo Early Learning Centre. Michaela became full time at Wilfrid Walker in 2012 working with senior toddlers, then pre-kinders. Through distance classes, Michaela received her early childhood educator level 2. Michaela is very excited to be working at Ehrlo Early Learning Centre.
Oralia has been working with children since 2003. She received her ECE level I from Saskatchewan Polytechnic in Regina and is currently working towards her ECE level II. Oralia came to EELC in September 2021 and really enjoys coming to work, turning it into a fun-learning environment together with the children, families, and co-workers. Oralia loves being creative, organizing events, and spending time with her grown-up children and her dog Chico.
Ruby started working at Ehrlo Early Learning Centre in September 2018. Ruby has obtained her Early Childhood Educator I through classes at Regina Trades and Skills as well as Sask Polytechnic. Ruby believes she can learn a lot from her coworkers and the children she interacts with each day which will continue to help her improve herself.
Adriana began working at Ehrlo Early Learning Centre in August 2022 as an Early Childhood Educator. She has a Bachelor of Child Studies and Education, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Korea. Adriana also achieved her Early Childhood Education level III in 2019 and has been working in the childcare field since 2017. Adriana believes that every child is unique and that their behaviour has meaning. She looks forward to getting to know and working with every child at the centre.
Lenore started working at Ehrlo Learning Centre in February 2022. She has obtained an Early Childhood Education Certificate Level 1 from Saskatchewan Polytechnic and an Early Childhood Education Diploma from Stratford Career Institute. She believes that even though she learns in different ways than everybody else, she can still achieve her goals and dreams and looks forward to helping children meet their goals and dreams as well.
