Audra started working with children in 2001. She completed her Early Childhood Education Diploma in June 2004. In 2005, Audra became a full-time educator at Ehrlo Early Learning Centre. In June 2007, Audra was promoted to the supervisor position and finally, in June 2010, Audra was promoted to her current position of Program Supervisor. In addition to her supervisory role, Audra continues to work with the Kindergarten. Audra believes that children need social nourishment in a structured learning environment in order to grow into productive and successful individuals. Audra prides herself on being involved in the early years.

Liz has her Early Childhood Educator III. She previously received her diploma for George Brown College in Toronto. Liz began with Ehrlo Early Learning Centre in 2018. She has been working in the childcare field for more than 10 years and thoroughly enjoys it. Liz believes every child is unique and learn best through play and exploration.

Michelle joined EELC in February 2023. Michelle attended SIAST (now Saskatchewan Polytechnic) where she received her Early Childhood Education certificate. Michelle was a stay-at-home mom to her two daughters until they began full-time school. Michelle is nurturing and caring and loves to work with children, she enjoys learning and gaining new experiences every day in her work at EELC.

I am an Early Childhood Educator in my final semester at Saskatchewan Polytechnic, working toward my ECE Level III certification.

While I officially began my journey in childcare a year ago, my diverse experiences with children of different ages have reinforced that this is where I belong. I firmly believe in the power of play, as children express and explore ideas through it—our curriculum must reflect their interests and needs.

My goal is to build responsive relationships with children and their families, fostering learning, confidence, and a sense of belonging. I strive to be a safe, supportive presence in every child’s life, ensuring they feel valued and heard.

Dezriana joined EELC in August 2021. Dezriana has her Early Childhood Educator I and has over three years of experience in childcare, working primarily with preschool-age children and older. Outside of work, Dezriana enjoys spending time with her family, going for walks, and watching Netflix.
