Housing FAQ
Affordable Housing is a term used to describe rental housing that is available for low to moderate income households at or below average or market rent for comparable rental housing in that community or area. Ranch Ehrlo provides affordable housing at three locations in Regina: Lakeshore Village (44 units); McEwen Manor (40 units); Chaz Court (8 units).
At Lakeshore Village, families with dependants can qualify if they are below the housing income limit. At Chaz Court, single youth can qualify if they are below the housing income limit. At McEwen Manor, singles, by referral through Phoenix Residential Society.
2022-23 income maximums
Bachelor suites Single, no dependants - $38,000 or $43,700 (Disability)
1 bedroom units Single/Couple/1 dependant - $38,000 or $43,700 (Disability)
2 bedroom units Single/Couple/2 or more dependants - $46,000 or $63,800 (Disability)
Applications can be filled out online, or faxed or emailed to you by calling 306-584-3313, or you can stop by the Housing office at #2-3535 Hilsdale Street in Regina.
