“What’s your number?”

That simple sentence can mean a lot of things. Usually in sports, it means the number on the back of your jersey. But now, Sport Venture is hoping the answer to that question will bring in some much needed funds to keep their programs running!

They has obtained a special Co-op membership which pays out 100 per cent of dividends – a typical membership pays out only 50 per cent.

“The membership is a great way for staff, volunteers, and others to support our programs without making a change to their daily activities,” explained Sport Venture manager Amanda McConnell.

Sport Venture’s number is 149963.

Coaches will be receiving a keychain with the number on it, and if anyone in the Regina area is interested in obtaining one of these keychains for themselves, simply contact Amanda.

So if you find yourself in a Co-op store, whether it be a gas station, grocery store, or home improvement centre, think about Sport Venture and when they ask, ‘what’s your number?’ give them ours!
