100 Men Who Care, for ESV

A group of Regina men have shown just how much they care about the mission of Ehrlo Sport Venture and the power of support through their generous support and unwavering belief in its impact.

Sport Venture was recently named the successful recipient of an $8,240 donation from 100 Men Who Care Regina, thanks to a heartfelt and compelling presentation delivered by Sports League Coordinator Chase Pelletier and Director Shelley Sayer.

Chase spoke passionately about the impact of ESV’s sports leagues and the opportunities they provide for children across Regina, while Shelley highlighted the value of the equipment lending library as a vital community resource.

“They claimed to be nervous prior to the presentation, but you would never have guessed this after seeing them in action,” said Jim Fallows, member of Ranch Ehrlo’s board of directors. “They gave the potential donors a very clear vision of how their money would be spent and ultimately, members of the 100 Men Who Care voted for Sport Venture as the most deserving recipient of their funds. This is a testament to the quality of the programs offered by Ranch Ehrlo, and the tremendous presentation delivered by Chase and Shelley.”

100 Men Who Care is a charitable group that meets quarterly, with each member pledging $100 per meeting to a local Regina charity. Members are permitted to nominate one charity organization at each meeting, with three charities randomly selected to deliver a presentation to the group. Following the three presentations, members vote on their preferred charity, and that with the most votes receives a donation of approximately $8,000.
