Ehrlo Sport Venture relocating to new location on Lorne Street

Ehrlo Sport Venture (ESV) is preparing to relocate to a new home at 1304 Lorne Street in Regina, marking an exciting new chapter for the program.

For more than two decades, ESV’s current location has supported free sports leagues, an equipment lending library, and countless opportunities for youth and families to participate in sport. This change builds on that legacy while creating room to grow.

The new space is centrally located and easily accessible, with on-street parking and a dedicated parking lot. Located among other sport- and recreation-focused organizations, it offers opportunities to strengthen partnerships and remain embedded in an active community.

ESV’s mission remains the same: everyone has the right to play. Free leagues will continue to operate in the same communities, serving underserved neighbourhoods across Regina. The new location allows the equipment lending library to expand its reach, helping remove barriers and making it easier for families to access the programs they choose.

“This move allows us to stay true to our mission while strengthening how we serve the community,” said Gloria Patrick, ESV manager. “We remain embedded in the communities we support, and we’re very excited about the opportunity to expand the equipment lending library and reach even more families.”

The relocation is expected to take place before the end of March, following the OHL windup on March 7 and 8. There will be a brief transition period as equipment is moved and set up.

A grand opening and ribbon cutting will be held later this spring. Details will be shared in the coming months.

Until then, ESV continues to welcome visitors at its current location at 2730 5th Ave., Tuesday through Friday from 1–5 p.m.
