Outdoor Hockey League now accepting registration!
Skates are being sharpened, jerseys are getting their annual refresh, and excitement is building as Ehrlo Sport Venture gears up for the 2025-26 Outdoor Hockey League (OHL) season.
For more than three decades, the OHL has been more than a hockey league – it’s been a lifeline for youth across Regina who may not otherwise have the opportunity to play.
The success of the OHL is not rooted in trophies or flashy uniforms, but in opportunity. The league removes financial barriers by providing all equipment on a free rental basis and has no registration fees. Here, at community rinks throughout the city, every child is given a chance to play – no matter their financial background, social status, or skill level.

The OHL is about community, confidence, and connection. It’s the sound of laughter echoing across the rink. It’s the look of pride on a player’s face after scoring their first goal. It’s sitting shoulder to shoulder on the benches, cheering on fellow teammates.
Registration is now open for children ages six to 16. The season will run from January 12 through March 8 on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at 6 p.m. and 7 p.m., at outdoor rinks throughout Regina.
