Allow us to introduce ourselves

Ranch Ehrlo Society has been at the forefront of person-centred care for nearly 60 years, always growing and evolving to meet the needs of individuals and families across Saskatchewan.

Our multi-service agency most recently grew again with the introduction of Community Living Supports (CLS), a new service designed to improve the quality of life for individuals experiencing disability.

This innovative service is comprised of three distinct programs that provide care and support to individuals and their families.

The Integrated Supportive Living (ISL) program is designed to support adults experiencing disability who wish to live in their own home as independently as possible. The home in which these participants live is managed by Ranch Ehrlo and is shared among two individuals, each with their private bedroom space and shared common living area. Individuals will stay for short to medium lengths of stay while they learn the skills needed to live independently. Individuals are supported by skilled and qualified staff and have access to clinical supports.

Also, under the umbrella of CSL is respite services for families in Regina and surrounding area.

We offer a Respite Home where your loved one can stay on a short-term basis. This “home away from home” provides adults experiencing disability and/or medical challenges with a comfortable place to stay. Your loved one will be cared for by our specially trained and dedicated team while caregivers can rest and recharge.

Our third program is Respite Care. This service brings our skilled and experienced staff directly to your home to support your child, youth, or adult loved one living with a disability and/or medical challenges. It gives caregivers a much-needed break while ensuring their loved one can stay in the comfort of their own home, receiving consistent care in a familiar setting.

As we introduce the programs that make up the CLS portfolio, we celebrate and introduce the staff who deliver the care. We’d like to introduce you to three of our phenomenal staff, and look forward to sharing more about our team in the coming weeks:
