Our Integrated Supportive Living and respite care services are all delivered by a dedicated team of professionals who are highly trained in person-centred care practices. This team includes person-centred support leaders, person-centred support workers, a clinical manager, and a clinical director.
Each team member is trained in areas including person-centred care principles, gentle teaching, affirming approaches to understanding and supporting behaviour, dignity of risk, trauma informed crisis de-escalation, suicide intervention, supported decision-making, and stride training that emphasizes the importance of autonomy, independence, and choice.

Jane has been with Ranch Ehrlo since 1992 and brings a deep passion for supporting individuals experiencing disability to live meaningful, empowered lives. Her approach is person-centered, inclusive, affirming, and strength-based. Outside of work, Jane finds joy in spending time with her family and two dogs, being in nature, and embracing the power of kindness, connection, and laughter.

Monica is a registered psychiatric nurse who has supported individuals, families, and communities for more than 30 years. A passionate advocate for person-centred culture, Monica’s work centers on building and strengthening disability support services. Monica loves dogs, hiking, gardening, and time with family in the back yard.
