Our services

We provide individualized, strength-based services to support individuals experiencing disability and/or medical challenges. Our services are built around respect, inclusion, and empowerment—and are designed to help each person live as independently and meaningfully as possible.

We offer three distinct services to meet diverse needs:

Each of these programs includes a wide range of personalized supports and enrichment opportunities. Whether participants are staying in a respite home, receiving care at home, or living more independently through ISL, we ensure that everyone who is interested has access to:

  • Recreational and therapeutic activities – like swimming, music therapy, arts and crafts, and equine therapy.
  • Skill-building programs – including health and wellness, work readiness, and social skills development.
  • Community inclusion opportunities – such as social outings and community events that foster connection and belonging.
