Ehrlo Counselling’s True Colours youth group recently received some donations that will make a real difference in their ability to continue to provide valuable services to youth in the community.

Farm Credit Canada’s Pride Committee chose True Colours to receive a $500 donation. The cheque was presented by Elizabeth Bailey and Iza Parker of FCC on August 1st.

“We were glad to have been able to make a donation to a group that is playing a vital role in supporting youth in our community,” said Elizabeth.

“We’re so honoured to be selected to receive the donation from the Farm Credit Canada Pride Committee,” said True Colours founder Sherry Rapley.

The funds received will go toward rent for space where the group meets for the upcoming school year.

True Colours also received over $200 from the staff at the Canada Life Cafeteria, who donated their tips during Pride Month.

“We are so grateful that as we at Ranch Ehrlo continue to serve members of the community, other organizations within the community are openly demonstrating their support through these donations,” she continued.
