Our 6th annual powwow will take place on August 31st on our Pilot Butte campus; beginning with a pipe ceremony and followed by a feast at 10:30 a.m. There will be a grand entry at 1 p.m. and a family-style carnival with prizes and games to be won. 

A variety of free delicious snacks will be available in our canteen.

We are thrilled to welcome back our inflatable Rockin' Rapids water slide and a brand-new surprise inflatable! Thinking about taking a slide down the rapids? Make sure to bring a change of clothes and a towel!

Our powwow is a place to join in celebration through dancing, singing, visiting, renewing old friendships, and making new ones while honouring the culture of our Indigenous participants, staff, and community partners.

Once again, our powwow will be competitive style – cash prizes will be given out to the top dancers in each age group/dance category.
