Home Depot’s Orange Door Project returns as Ranch Ehrlo marks 60 years

Ranch Ehrlo is proud to once again partner with The Home Depot stores in Saskatoon for the Orange Door Project—a nationwide initiative focused on preventing and ending youth homelessness.

This marks the third time Ranch Ehrlo has been selected as a campaign recipient, and the organization is deeply grateful for the continued support. During the most recent holiday campaign, local stores raised an incredible $11,873 in support of youth programming.

This year’s campaign is especially meaningful as it aligns with Ranch Ehrlo’s 60th anniversary on June 1.

“As we celebrate 60 years, we also honour the vision of our late founder, Dr. Geoff Pawson,” said Trudy Bosch, communications manager. “Dr. Pawson believed deeply in the power of giving youth a voice — a platform to express themselves, to be seen, and to be celebrated. Thanks to initiatives like the Orange Door Project, that vision continues to come to life as we create better opportunities and brighter futures for youth in northern Saskatchewan.”

From May 12 to June 14, customers can donate $3, $5, or $10 at checkout at Saskatoon Home Depot locations, with every dollar staying in the local community to support Ranch Ehrlo’s northern group living treatment services.

Funds raised will continue to enhance youth programs in northern Saskatchewan, including recreational and therapeutic spaces that support healing and growth.
