“The holding corporation continues to have responsibility for hiring an external auditor but all other administrative and operational services will be provided by Ranch Ehrlo,” chairperson Sean Gawley explained during the AGM. “This contract formalized the informal arrangement that has been in place since the holding corporation’s inception (in 2005).”

The holding corporation board also received advisement of proposed projects affecting the Pilot Butte campus. The board was kept appraised of discussions relating to a proposed new administration building and was also advised that the Ministry of Highways provided notification that it requires 3.2 acres of RES and E land for a highway bypass project at Pilot Butte.

In closing the meeting, both Punam and Sean thanked board members for their dedicated service, and extended their appreciation to Ranch Ehrlo staff for their administrative support and participation.
