It was a busy year for RES and E Holding Corporation and the Ehrlo Child and Family Foundation. Both groups held their sixth Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 20th. Board members and staff gathered together to celebrate several accomplishments and contributions made throughout the year, most notably, the successful end of Phase One of the Dr. Geoffrey Pawson Legacy Fund fundraising campaign.

The Dr. Geoffrey Pawson Legacy Fund was established this past year by the Ehrlo Child and Family Foundation, in memory of the Ranch Ehrlo Society’s late founder and president.

“A number of recommendations were presented to RES and E Holding Corporation regarding the corporate restructuring undergone in 2007,” said Evan. “These included contracting out for services, the setting of rent and lease payments, and limiting property management services to Ranch Ehrlo Society.”

In addition to these specific items, the board reviewed financial statements and monitored investments on an ongoing basis. The proposed 2013-14 budget was presented and carried, anticipating a net income of $60,513.74.
