Ranch Ehrlo celebrated program excellence and a strong financial position during the Annual General Meeting held on September 24th.

CEO and President Marion MacIver, along with board chairperson Jim Kenyon, reviewed the accomplishments and achievements of the agency over 2012-2013.

“This past year has been another successful one for the Ranch Ehrlo Society,” said Marion. “The agency continues to expand and develop its many programs and services to meet the needs of our clients through a seamless continuum of care.”

The year was marked by many highlights, said Marion.

In June 2012, the Saskatchewan Health and Safety Leadership Charter was signed, indicating the Ranch’s commitment to an injury-free workplace.

In August, the Ministry of Education accredited the Hansen Education Centre on the Buckland campus as a fully accredited, independent school.

The board also approved a new strategic plan for 2013-2016 including a new vision where “we envision communities where all individuals and families achieve their full potential”.

Over the next three years focus will be on an engaged workforce, exemplary governance practices, quality programs and services, and a healthy financial position, said Jim.

“The spectrum of services continues to expand in the agency and the commitment to excellence is as strong as ever,” he said, closing the meeting.
