Our Supported Living Program (SLP) provides supportive living services to older adolescents and young adults who are coping with intellectual and developmental differing abilities and other mental health challenges. The focus is to provide long-term residential support services and to develop individualized treatment programs based on social integration. But this program wasn't always apart of Ranch Ehrlo's continuum of services.
Unit manager of one of these programs, Darren Haygarth, explains how the program developed.
