- Ehrlo Housing operates as part of Ranch Ehrlo Society’s community services and its mandate is to provide affordable housing to low-income families, single mothers, and individuals with chronic mental health conditions
- Ehrlo Housing has 15 years of experience in developing and delivering afford able housing and is well-respected within the industry
- The program currently manages 101 units within the City of Regina
- Ehrlo Housing has developed and maintained numerous strategic partnerships to deliver its programming. Some partners include the Phoenix Residential Society, the City of Regina, the Saskatchewan Housing Corporation (SHC), and the Heritage Community Association
Affordable housing for singles
- 40 affordable rental units for single adults participating in the Phoenix Residential Society treatment plan
- Providing property management since 2011; funding provided through municipal, provincial, and federal grants
- Partnership with Phoenix Residential Society who provides support and programming to the tenants
- 8 affordable studio suites for young single adults
- Currently working with architect and builders; construction to begin by March 2013
Affordable housing for families
- 44 affordable rental units for families and Creative Corners Daycare on-site
- Purchased, renovated, and providing property management since 1997; renovations partially funded by municipal and provincial grants
Washington Park Place
- 12 affordable units for single mothers
- Purchased, renovated, and providing property management since 2002; renovations partially funded by municipal and provincial grants
