Staff yoga is available each week to help benefit the body, mind, and soul our our employees.

Yoga will help you experience stillness in the present moment and will encourage you to become aware of the interconnectedness of your body and mind. Yoga will make you happier and healthier by improving physical posture, developing strength, increasing flexibility, and helping to relieve tension in the muscles and joints.

The instructor Karla states that practicing yoga even just once a week can have pronounced beneficial effect on anyone who experiences high-stress on a regular basis in their job.

Staff yoga is beginner-friendly and accessible to everyone of every level of experience. There is a good core group of participants, but there’s always room for more, and it's free!

Staff yoga is available at Paper Crane on Monday evenings from 5:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. (excluding stat holidays).

Paper Crane Community Arts’ mission is to foster well-being through artistic exploration and expression. It uses creative arts programming to assist individuals in the community with personal growth and well-being, supporting a stronger individual within a stronger community.
