We are excited to announce an organizational change that is happening within the Executive team of Ranch Ehrlo Society. A new division will be created under the leadership of a new vice-president role - the Vice-President of Strategy and Organizational Effectiveness. Malcom Neill, currently the vice-president of residential treatment, will be taking on this new role that will be responsible for the following portfolio:
- Performance Quality Improvement
- Enterprise Risk Management
- CARE initiative (Children And Residential Experiences: Creating Conditions for Change, a multi-level program aimed at improving services)
- Governance
- Communications
- Administration
- Information Technology
“This portfolio is critical given our agency’s long-standing commitment to continuous improvement,” explained Ranch CEO Andrea Brittin. “Malcolm brings extensive experience in the agency that will be very valuable as he provides leadership and oversight to branches that support the important programs of the Ranch.”
Malcolm will continue to provide leadership to the residential treatment portfolio until the new vice-president is in place. We are currently recruiting for the Vice-President of Residential Treatment position.
This change will ensure we are positioned well into the future to continue to focus on what matters most – top-notch services to the people who come to us for help.
