Success is defined by standards of our own; whether we’ve accomplished a goal, overcome a fear, made peace with past trauma, or learned a new skill. At Ranch Ehrlo Society, success is determined by individual definition and measured by personal achievement.
The efficiency and effectiveness of Ranch Ehrlo programs and services is evaluated each year with the parent and resident satisfaction surveys. The data collected is analyzed and published in the annual Performance Outcomes Report.
Measuring the success of our programs and the satisfaction of our clients is a top priority and guiding principle behind the work that we do. Feedback is used to determine specific goals, areas of needed improvement, and if necessary, to modify or discontinue programs or services.
The 2014-2015 Outcomes Report is the agency’s ninth annual report, summarizing resident experiences and accomplishments at Ranch Ehrlo Society for the period of June 1, 2014 to May 31, 2015.
“Understanding the benefit of our services for children, families, and communities is essential. Client outcomes are our real bottom line and we continually strive to improve our social impact. The agency's Performance Outcomes Report is one part of this performance and quality improvement process,’’ stated David Rivers, senior director of quality improvement at Ranch Ehrlo.
As the latest Outcomes Report demonstrates, Ranch Ehrlo has the opportunity to change lives, make impressions, and improve the well-being of the youth in our programs:
- 91% of youth reported positive or very positive relationships with parents/peers after discharge
- 91% of residents were satisfied or strongly satisfied with services at Ranch Ehrlo Society
- 75% of youth said staff always try to help them when they are having problems
“It’s an awesome place for youth to go and grow up properly,” one resident wrote.
Ranch Ehrlo’s unwavering commitment to individuals, families, and communities is seen not only in statistics and numbers but in the achievements, health, happiness, and pride of its clients.
