We are excited to announce our vice-president of clinical services, David Rivers.
David has a long history at the agency, spending over 20 years in various Ranch programs and roles, most recently as the Director of Performance and Quality Improvement.
“David has a strong commitment to program excellence, data-informed decision making, effective work processes, and quality assessment and treatment interventions,” said Andrea Brittin, CEO. “He has established positive, trusting, respectful working relationships both internally and with external partners and these attributes will ensure his continued success as he takes on this new role.”
David will be replacing Dr. Bree Fiissel, who has accepted a new position at the University of Regina.
Bree worked at the agency for almost 25 years, most recently in the role of vice-president of clinical services. Her career began as a casual direct care worker and over her time at the agency she spent time in the residential, clinical, and community programs. Bree spent a decade as a clinical director, leading, developing, managing, and implementing both community and residential clinical services before stepping into the role of VP in June 2017.
“Bree approached every role she took on in a thoughtful, collaborative, and engaging way. The health and wellbeing of the participants and families in our programs were at the forefront of every decision she made,” said Andrea.
Congratulations, David, and good luck to Bree on her new venture!
