top employer 2013Ranch Ehrlo has been chosen as one of Saskatchewan’s top employers for 2013. This year's winners were announced on February 6, 2013 in special supplements published by the Regina Leader-Post and the Saskatoon Star Phoenix, as well as online at Eluta.ca

This past year has been eventful for employees at the Ranch. We lost our founder Dr. Geoffrey Pawson after a brief battle with cancer. Yet through our grief, we continued to be there for those who needed the Ranch the most — just like Geoff had always intended.

“His loss came as a blow to all the lives he’s helped over the last five decades,” says Carole Bryant, vice president of administration and quality improvement at Ranch Ehrlo.

“He really helped define and build what working with troubled youth should be like here in Saskatchewan, across Canada, and around the world.”

Many people look to make a difference when they decided on a career at the Ranch, and our  employees do just that.  Over its 46-year history, Ranch Ehrlo Society has developed unique and innovative programs to assistYouth on horses riding outside children, youth, and families.  The success we have with our programs and services is tied to our talented, hard working employees.

“We are only as good as our people, and we look to hire individuals who are passionate about helping youth,” Carole stated. “It’s more than a job for our staff; they believe they are doing good and giving back to the community.”
