Ranch Ehrlo Society started small. It originally only had six youth clients in one residential unit and a handful of staff. During the next 49 years the agency has grown exponentially. In 2014 we employed 750 employees. We own and rent 62 residential units across the province.

But even more big changes happened in that time. The Ranch developed clinical, education and recreational programs for the youth in residence. We then developed community services for all residents of Saskatchewan. Programs for families soon followed.
