From time to time, children enter Ranch Ehrlo whose needs are not best served in a group home. We established the Treatment Foster Care Program (TFC) to address this issue. The program is a unique partnership between Ranch Ehrlo and the Saskatchewan Ministry of Social Services. We work together to recruit, train, and support treatment foster care families. An innovative approach sees treatment foster care parents contracted as professional service providers and compensated accordingly.
