When the Ranch first started in 1966 it offered one program - residential services for boys. Our continuum of services resembled a rectangle.

Services were continually added for our clients including, educations and programs for clients with special needs. In 1995 Ehrlo Community Services (ECS) was created as an associate charity of the Ranch. As first ECS just existed  to create affordable housing in Regina but expanded into sports programs for at-risk youth, vocational programs and therapeutic counseling. And our rainbow expanded. In the spring of 2011 ECS and the Ranch amalgamated to better offer our services to our clients.
