At the Ehrlo Early Learning Centre (EELC) in Regina, where families entrust us with providing top-tier childcare, we're embarking on an innovative pilot project aimed at enhancing the work-life balance of our dedicated staff.

Across three of our five sites, we've introduced a four-day workweek, with each day spanning ten hours.

“This shift in scheduling reflects our commitment to not only supporting our staff's well-being but also to refining our educational programs and fostering stronger connections between educators and parents," shared Karin Duff, Director of EELC.

By embracing this forward-thinking approach, we're not just prioritizing our team's welfare, we're also investing in the quality of care and education we provide for the children in our community.

The pilot will run until March 31^st.
